I am not quite sure where to be entering in my introduction, but here goes.

I have worked at Ernst & Young for 10 year, upon which I started my own CPA firm. The transition from multi-million dollar clients to small/medium sized businesses has been quite a learning curve. I am a licensed CPA in Florida. My experience includes: - Financial Audits - SOX/Internal Control Compliance and Audits - Income Tax - Other taxes including sales and use tax, property tax, credits and incentives, specifically green credits and incentives.
